  • What is included with the boat rental?
    Our boat rentals come equipped with all necessary safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and PFDs (lifejackets), and are delivered with a full tank of gas. Please note that fuel levels may vary for self-tow rentals. Additionally, we offer additional water toys for rent. Please be aware that rental rates do not include fuel or sales tax.
  • Do you allow overnight or multi-day rentals?
    We offer overnight rentals on rentals of 2 or more days, provided the boat is either moored before dusk or loaded back on the trailer at the end of the day. We also offer a discount for multi-day rentals of 5 days or more, Additionally, opting to pay in cash instead of using a credit card will grant you a 5% discount on your rental cost.   • How is a rental day defined?
    Our full-day rental period is from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the day of delivery or pickup. For self-tow service, early pick-ups may be arranged with pickup times varying between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, and the boat must be returned by 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • Is a boat license required to rent a boat from us?
    No, you do not need a boating license to operate one of our rentals. We provide a temporary boating permit for the duration of the rental. Please note that all boat operators must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation with us in one of two ways. First, you can visit our website and click on the "Book Online" button to reserve your boat rental. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 509-264-5673, and one of our friendly and professional staff members will be happy to assist you. Please make sure to confirm availability with us before making your reservation.
  • What is required to make a reservation?
    To make a reservation, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $50, which does not go towards the rental cost. Please have your credit card ready when making your reservation. The full rental cost is due on the day of rental, and not at the time of reservation.
  • Do you have any boating boundaries, and is it possible to request to go outside of them?
    Yes, we do have boundaries that we ask our renters to stay within. However, we may grant permission to go outside of those boundaries when renting through our self-tow service. In these cases, we typically require that the renter have a good understanding of the local waters, be an experienced boater, and have prior experience towing a trailer, as long as it is within the rental period.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    No, we do not require a deposit. Once you make your reservation, we will ask for a credit/debit card number, which we will hold as a damage deposit without any charges or holds. Please check with your auto or home insurer to see if you have coverage for rental boats. We do not offer optional insurance.
  • Can I bring my pet on board?
    Yes, pets are welcome on board for a fee of $60. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    You may pay the rental fee in cash, but a credit or debit card is required for the security deposit when you pick up the watercraft. Please note that checks are not accepted as a form of payment. Additionally, opting to pay in cash instead of using a credit card will grant you a 5% discount on your rental cost.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
    If you need to cancel your reservation, We require a 3-day advance notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you are a no-show or make a late cancellation, a charge of $300 or half of the total invoice, whichever is less, will apply. However, we can reschedule your reservation to another date at no extra cost as long as the boat is available.
